For those of us feeling a need to belong, to matter, to have solace and a sacred space to congregate, we need to be more intentional about the heart, mind, body and soul space that we create and embody. HMBSC is a positive process clearly about striving towards a wholistic Heartset, Mindset, Bodyset and Soulset.

When I was 15, my Sunday School teacher inspired me to choose a vocation that would allow me to honor God and serve people. My grandmother at age 52, who was widowed after 34 years of marriage, enrolled in nursing school. She worked in Orthopedics, retired from Huntington Memorial Hospital, and went on to be a Deaconess and Dorcas Circle member. She lived an additional 44 years, single and joyful, and stood to be my role model for wellness and re-invention. She embodied the mission I am on today: the promotion of healed hearts, sound minds, healthy bodies and spirit-filled lifestyles.

A Compelling Vision is a physical representation of the things you daydream about and desire for yourself, for your families and for your community. I am in the process of developing as a leader and visionary.  The launch of this website marks a significant moment in my life of finally executing a plan that will take me to the next level of empowerment. Thus, I hope you will continue to join me on this incredible journey.
