For those of us feeling a need to belong, to matter, to have solace and a sacred space to congregate, we need to be more intentional about the heart, mind, body and soul space that we create and embody. HMBSC is a positive process clearly about striving towards a wholistic Heartset, Mindset, Bodyset and Soulset.
